Tropical Home Energy Efficiency Assessment
The Tropical Home Energy Efficiency Assessment (THEEA) is a tool developed by Super Low Energy Building (SLEB) Smart Hub of the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) to predict your home’s electricity consumption, thereby assessing how energy-efficient your home is, based on the inputs provided. If your home is still under construction, THEEA serves as an indicative projection of the electricity consumption in your home after you have moved in.
